  • There are some problems that are common to many of us in leadership roles, though the way that we experience them will be unique to us depending on our life contexts.

    I can work with any issues you bring, however some examples of common issues that people in leadership roles face are;

  • I work with chief executives and members of senior management teams. This includes people recently promoted to a more responsible role and people who have been in leadership roles for a number of years.  I also work with senior level freelancers who work in arts or voluntary sector contexts.

  • My experience is in the arts and third sector so I understand the particular dynamics and pressures in these sectors. However the principles I work with are universal and I am happy to discuss working with leaders from other sectors.

  • Resilient Leader sessions are a blended form of coaching and therapy, with the ability to flex according to your need. I can offer professional guidance around leadership alongside addressing emotional issues. My therapeutic training is Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. This form of therapy is philosophically based on stoicism and sees emotional difficulty as something that we maintain in the present, often without awareness, through learned thought and behaviour patterns. By becoming more aware of these patterns we can work to develop more helpful ways of thinking about and responding to life’s challenges.

  • Sessions are offered either online or in person in south Manchester.

  • I have a small number of lower cost places for leaders working in small voluntary organisations with a low turnover or senior freelancers struggling with low earnings. Please contact me to discuss.

  • Payments are made in advance by BACS. I can issue invoices if required.
